- Correspondence / Distance Learning: You receive a study kit (books, charts, notes, instruments) via postal mail or online.
- Online Mode: Lessons are conducted via software/Zoom with digital materials and remote support.
- Workshop / Centre / Sunday Sessions: Live in-person sessions or online weekend sessions are offered for hands-on practice.
After completing the full Diploma in Yoga Therapy (D.Y.T.) syllabus, students must appear for a structured evaluation designed to assess their understanding of yogic principles, therapeutic asanas, pranayama techniques, anatomy & physiology, and holistic healing methods used in Yoga Therapy.
Exam Format: MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions)
Passing Criteria: Minimum 40% or C Grade

This internship provides:

Anuloma & Viloma
Students learn Anuloma–Viloma breathing techniques, focusing on improving lung capacity, mental clarity, and energy balance through controlled breathwork.
Basic Asanas of Yoga
This module covers basic yoga asanas, teaching correct posture, alignment, and therapeutic benefits for flexibility, strength, and stress relief.
Pranayama
Learners practice various Pranayama techniques, understanding how breath control enhances nervous system calming, oxygen flow, and inner balance.
Yam, Niyam & Asanas
The course explains Yam and Niyam (ethical guidelines) along with asanas, promoting a disciplined lifestyle for mental purity, self-control, and yogic living.
Yam, Niyam & Asanas (Advanced Practice)
Advanced practice of Yam, Niyam, and therapeutic asanas helps strengthen inner awareness, emotional stability, and holistic health development.
Method of Surya Namaskar
Students learn the complete Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) sequence, understanding posture flow, breathing patterns, and benefits for full-body activation and detoxification.
Treatment by Yoga & Pranayama
This section focuses on therapeutic yoga treatment, teaching how specific asanas and pranayama help manage lifestyle disorders, pain relief, and overall natural healing.
- This course is available in both English and Hindi medium.
- It can be completed regularly (in-person) or through correspondence (distance learning) mode.
- Students must attach one photograph, ID proof, educational certificate, and experience certificate along with the application form.
- Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive an official certificate from the institute.
- Payment can be made via cash or Upi.
- Boarding and lodging facilities are available but at your own expense.
- For correspondence students who wish to take practical training, 3-day practical classes are available at the institute or authorized centers for an extra fee of ₹4,500 (India) or $100 (foreign students). (This option does not include a study kit or certificate).
- Course materials such as instruments, literature, charts, and books are included in the course package for enrolled students.
